daqpad 6020E errors

My USB daqpad 6020E got swapped out for calibration on my test system. Now, when I'm running a test, I keep getting a message indicating that it has been disconnected. It still seems to operate okay, but I keep getting the anoying popup messages from the USB. I tried puting the original daqpad back, uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but I still get the error. I wasn't present when the daqpad was originally changed out, but it seems like something happened that is still causing this error.

I would like to know the exact message that pops up indicating that your Daqpad has been disconnected. You can try reinstalling the Daq drivers for the Daqpad. Please follow this procedure: Uninstall the Daq drivers first, then turn off the computer and take out the Daqcard. Turn the computer back on and install the drivers, turn the computer off and plug the card back in. Turn the computer on and check if you still get the same pop up message. If yes, please let me know what exactly it says.

The DaqPad 6020E is USB controlled. The error I am seeing is a USB error that says "Unsafe Removal of Device". When I run the DaqPad from the test panel on Measurement and Automation, I get a fatal error -10401.

The problem seems to be related to noise. The DaqPad is in a rack mounted test system and I get the error when relays in the test system close, even when only power and USB cables are connected to the DaqPad. I didn't have this problem, though, until the DaqPad was swapped out for calibration. Swapping it back did not help and unistalling it and installing it did not help.
