Hello Group,
I'm configuring a cRIO-6056 and I'm getting an error in MAX related to the DAQ 9264 and DAQ 9403 modules. The error indicates that the driver versions installed on the PC are different from those installed on the remote cRIO.
Details:
On the PC, I have DAQmx 24Q1 Version 24.0.0f267 installed.
On the cRIO, DAQmx 42.8.1.49164-0+f12 is installed.
Can anyone tell me how I can resolve this?
Thanks

Hi Cbur,
my recomendation would be to uninstall the DAQmx driver on both the cRIO and your PC and to reinstall. If the issue still persists could you please send screenshots of the error message, along with screenshots of the DAQmx version of the cRIO and your PC. If you have any qeustions in the meantime feel free to ask.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Here's the situation with the drivers on my PC and my CRIO9056:
CRIO9056:
PC WIN 11
Which versions of DAQmx should be installed on the PC and cRIO to ensure compatibility?
Thank you very much!

Thank you for sharing the screenshots. The driver versions on the host PC and the cRIO should match — ideally, both should be updated to the most recent release.
Could you please confirm whether you’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers on both the host PC and the cRIO?
It might also be helpful to install the same drivers on another PC to check whether the issue is related to the host system itself.
Finally, could you share a bit more context about how this error occurred? For example, was communication working previously, or is this the first time you’ve encountered this issue when setting up the cRIO? That information could help narrow down the possible causes.
