After upgrading the firmware on my cDAQ-9188 in MAX to version 1.1.0, which completed without any errors, the device rebooted and now the Status LED remains permanently lit.
I am now unable to connect to it again in MAX.
I have tried to reset it to factory settings with the reset button, but this has no effect.
I have DAQmx 9.2.3 installed on my PC.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for the suggestions, all of which I have tried without success. Unfortunately nothing addresses the problem of the status light not going off, which has made it impossible to communicate with the device from MAX or a web browser.
I have therefore sent the cDAQ-9188 back to NI and hopefully they will be able to sort out the problem with it.
