cDAQ-9171 Not Working

I was using cDAQ-9171 for edge counting on LabView, but suddenly the computer shut down. Since then, when I connect cDAQ to the computer, active amber light comes on for 5 second and disconnects itself. There might have been a surge but don't see any reason for the surge as it was just normal edge counting operation. Any idea how to fix this issue?

What c-series module have you installed in the 9171 chassis? try removing the module and connecting just the chassis if you see any different behavior.

By amber light, I believe you refer to the Active LED lit up in amber.
