analog output is reverting to negative output when configured to a positive

im using a Pci-6024E DAQ card with labview 7, my hardware are connected to a CP-68LP connector block.I'm trying to run a PID controlled water level system but it has one problem, the analog output device (proportional valve) is configured in MAX as having a voltage of 0-10V, but when running program it reverts back to a -10 to 10 volts output. therefore if a setpoint of 3v was reached and recorded by the Analog input (capactitance probe 0-10V). if i now set the setpoint dial below the achieved setpoint the ouput turns to a negative voltage value and turns on the valve-it should have 0V.This causes a big problem as i cant autotune PID values.

I've modified your VI to limit your analog output range between 0 and 10 volts. Try this one out and see what happens.
