Understanding DAQmx Package

Hi People,
I´m making a aplication that use a DAQmx - USB6008 and a RF module for receive data. I need that this datas are be sincronized. I understand all thing in package of RF module, and i can open this package and make what i want, but the DAQmx i use vi´s from labview. Well, i want make aquisicion from this two devices at some time, for this i need understand the usb buffer and the package?? Becouse at times one device is modificated (the values) after of the other. I wait that anybody understand and can help-me, please.
