USB Card disconnection issue

@NIglobal ,We have used  USB 6210 & USB 6001 card for data acquisition & DI/Do/Encoder in our Machines. We are facing problem with Card disconnection with Windows PC leading to unnecessary breakdowns for 03 Years at customer site. Your local team are not supporting . Pls assist

What is the windows version? Did you disable fast startup? How often does it happen? What are the power settings? Are all drivers updated?

Can you describe exactly how the disconnections occur?
