The measuring card 6025E (PCI) does not appear in the Measurement and Automation Explorer.

I have installed DAQmx version 17.1 on a Windows 10 64Bit system

I have tried several PCI ports, an expansion box (with PCI slots), but the 6025E board does not appear in Measurement and Automation Explorer. I have tried several 6025E cards...

According to the README file of the daqmx drivers they should work with this card.
