Switching ON and OFF LED

Hi,
I have a problem with my school mini project.I need to control the hardware of LED[ON/OFF] by using DAQ[AT-MIO-16X] and LabVIEW[6.1]. First of all how do I build the programme? Secondly, how do i interface my hardware[LED] with DAQ and LabVIEW? Thank You very much if you can help me!

Hello!

You should be able to use your DIO lines on your card to make an LED turn on and off. When you installed your DAQ driver, it should have come with several ready made examples that show you how to control these DIO lines from LabVIEW. You can open LabVIEW, then go to "Help" -> "Find Examples". Within this example finder look for an example that will show you how to control your DIO lines.
