Hi,
I am trying to send a waveform to the DAQ Assistant Express VI. I watched the "Generating a Signal" movie on the NI website(www.ni.com/academic/students/learnlabview/generate.htm) and I have my Simulate Signal wired directly to the DAQ Assistant as shown in this movie. In my case, the DAQ Assistant sends the signal to a USB-6009 device.
However, I keep receiving this message:
Error -200077 occurred at DAQ Assistant
Possible Reason(s):
Requested value is not a supported value for this property. The property value may be invalid because it conflicts with another property.
Property: SampTimingType
Requested Value: Sample Clock
You Can Select: On Demand
If I select "On Demand" in my DAQ assistant, and run the vi everything works great. However, I need my DAQ assistant to be configured to generate a continuous AC waveform, not output only one AC waveform.
What is happening here? I have not had this problem before on other NI devices. I am using LABView 2010.
Please respond.
Thanks.
