Hello;
The Scan Clock is an output signal by default, meaning that the signal pulses will show up at the correspondent ScanClock pin of the board connector.
You probably are having dificulties on seeing it since the pulse duty cycle is really high, meaning that the high pulse will occur for a small period of time.
To be able to catch those pulses, you will need to work with a high resolution Scope, on a smal timebase.
