Hi Ben L,
It is exact, it was working correctly yesterday. I didn't change anything since yesterday, everything remains switch on : computer, conditionner. This morning, it was not working any more. As I told you, I tried to restart the computer and the conditionner but no change.
I'm trying to use :

Hello Sylvain,
I could not find any information on your sensors on the web, if you have any links or more info on them please share this information with me. It will definately be worth puttiing in the bias resistors to ground as we are still having problems with your system, ensure that the resistors are of the same value between 10k-110k Ohm.
Best Regards

Hi Ben,
Once again, I thank you for your strong support.
I don't have a lot of information regarding the sensors, only the data sheet.
The things that strikes me is that without changing anything it is sometimes working and sometimes not...
For instance, I've just been able to make some measurements whereas it was not working yesterday.

Your very welcome Sylvain,
Just to clarify, are the measurements you have taken valid and in the range you would accept for your application? I am looking into the data sheets you sent me to see if there is anything we have overseen.
Thanks

Hi,
The measurements I made today are ok and valid. The problem is that sometimes it is ok and sometimes not... When it is not working, the signals are oscillating between 0 and 10V like on the photos I sent in one rpevious message.

Hi AnalogKid,
I really appreciate that several people try to help me!
Unfortunatelly, I don't have a lot of eletrical knowledge... Why should I checked and how?
I have an old SCB-68, I will try to plug my wires into it tomorrow morning to see if the problem is coming from the one I'm using... I would quite surprised as the one I used at the present time is new.

Just make sure all cables are plugged in tight, all the screw terminals for your wires on the SCB-68 are tight, etc.
Usually when things are working and then you get intermittant readings or the data makes no sense, loose electrical connections are a primary culprit.

Hi,
I'm still working on the SCB-68 and I notice something. Maybe it could help you to find the exact diagnosis.
When I want to make some measurements, I have to switch on all the devices : the computer, the power supply, the software. It takes me a few minutes. The, it seems everything is working. After a while without doing anything on the computer, the devices, it is not working anymore. The signal is oscillating between 0 and 10V.
When it happens, I switch off and switch on the power supply and the software and start MAX to check the signals of my transducers. I can notice that the signals are starting from an "important" value and slowly decreasing to reach a mean value close to 0 without exciting my transducers. If I wait for the signals to be around 0 and make a measurement, everything is fine!
I don't know if it will help but I know that to have everything working I have to wait this few minutes. However, I don't know why it is not working after a whhile.
Best Regards
