RTD specification

I need to measure temperature with PT100 RTD. The RTD answers to the NFC 42330 specification.
I would know which specification I should use when I configure the virtual channel on MAX :
ITS90
DIN 43760
or IEC 60751

I did some search on the web and found that most of the PT100 RTD's are calibrated to the standard RTD temperature vs. resistance table given in DIN 43760 standard.

Just to double check, I would visit the RTD's manufacturer webpage.
