Prefix_InitWithOptions?

Hi,

I currently want to use the C function

Prefix_InitWithOptions(...); //where prefix is the instrument prefix

The instrument I am using associating with this is the Lecroy Digitizer PXD1022. I am wondering how can I get the instrument prefix for this device? Thanks!

Hello,

The prefix is typically a combination of an abbreviation of the vendor name and the model number.  If you execute the *idn? command on  your instrument, it will often say the vendor followed by the prefix.  Does this work with your instrument?  If not, let me know and I will try to find an alternate method for you.  Have a great day!

Hi Chris,

Actually I found the c functions when I installed the drivers for the digitizer. They were alreayd included in the software with the correct prefix in front of the functions.
