PCI-6221 DC output

I have a pressure transducer:

excitation voltage 5 to 10 VDC and 0.7 mAmp (at 10 VDC);
output voltage 100 mV at 10 VDC.

I actually use a DC power supply for the excitation voltage but I want to use one of the analog output of PCI-6221 (with SCB-68) for the excitation voltage.  I work with Labview 8.0.

You can't do that, the current supplied by the 6221 will not be high enough to power your transducer.

The 6221 analog outputs can drive up to +/-5mA, if you only need 0.7mA, then it should work.

If you can get by with just 5V all the time, there are multiple pins with +5 volts available on the 6221, typically the total they can supply is 1Amp, to be safe, read the manual.
