PCI-6014 Nonfunctioning Input, Functioning Output Channels.

I have a PCI-6014 DAQ card that recently developed an issue with nonfunctioning input but functioning output channels. The card is quite old, but functioned correctly up until about a week ago.

No matter the applied voltage to the input channels, the input channels read -10V with no noise. However, strangely, the output channels work and can be set to output a given voltage, and were externally verified to be functioning correctly. Until a week ago, the card functioned with no issues.

The card passes the self test but fails self calibration, giving error 200545 - suggesting to disconnect external signals. All external signals are disconnected, but are not reading as such.

In the NI MAX test panel, the internal channels (Dev1/_ao1_vs_aognd, Dev1/ao0_vs_aognd, Dev1/_calref_vs_aignd, and Dev1_/aignd_vs_aignd) all read -10V as well.

The channels are showing -10V both in NI MAX and in a LabVIEW application.

The DAQ card is normally connected to a breakup box, but there is no difference between having the breakup box plugged in and unplugged; the channels still read -10V.

The computer has been restarted, and this did not fix the issue. Known signals were applied to the inputs, and there was no response (remaining at -10V).

Is it likely there is a short somewhere in the card which is pulling all the values to -10V? It seems strange that the outputs would still function but all the inputs do not, and I wasn't sure what to make of the internal channels reading -10V as well (especially aignd vs aignd, which seems as if it should always read 0 regardless of any shorts).

If anyone has any suggestions for troubleshooting they would be greatly appreciated, or does it seems the card is likely just dead. If there was an issue with the supply voltages, it seems strange the outputs would still work correctly and I wasn't sure what to make of this.

Thank you in advance for your help.
