Encountered a strange problem, i.e., the Power and Ready LEDs are OFF, but the active light is ON with amber color on NI cDAQ-9174 chassis.
Consequently, the computer cannot detect the device while it could before.
Tried following basic troubleshooting steps, but it didn't work out.
1) Check the input voltage supply is connected to NI cDAQ-9174 chassis 24V or not, with DMM. Its good.
2) tried to replace the USB cables to connect with PC with new ones, it didn't help.
3) Reinstalled the latest version of DAQmx Drivers, it didn't help.
I don't know what happened before. Could anyone help me?
