So, this happens with the MAX test panels and ao0 and ao2 read okay? What are they programmed for? You may have some internal short that is causing the high readings.

Yes this happens with MAX. I tried running a VI in labview, and get the same result for ao1,and ao3. ao0 and ao2 are fine.
