NI 9219 is not recognized

I have a cDAQ 9172 chassis and I am trying to use a 9219 module.
I have used the module with this chassis before.  It has worked fine. I have never ran the module past its limits.
The highest voltages/current i have ran thru the module are less than 6 volts and less than 14 mA's.
Now, the module is not being detected by the chassis, it does not show up , and I can not see it
in the measurement and automation program.

Why would the module not be visable now?
I have re-installed all of the drivers, and all of the software , and reconnected both devices multiple times.

Hi Cyberlux,

This is certainly not expected behavior. Have you tried checking for bent pins or something obstructing the connection of the module to the chassis? Do any other modules work with the chassis? Have you tried plugging the system into a different computer? Give these tests a try and keep my posted on the results.
