NI 6363 USB only reads 9.555 volt DC from all of the input ports

Hello,

Title is the summary of my problem. I was working on our DAQ in the lab without an issue. But then I started only reading 9.555 DC from all of the inputs for some reason. I didn't hear or see any spark. The output of the board seems to be correctly feeding the signals, I have tried various inputs just to be sure. I turned DAQ off and on couple of times as well in hopes of a change. Normally when there is a spark in our setup, DAQ returns an error message (we are using MATLAB  to drive the DAQ), however, this time there were no error messages as well. 

What may be the problem?

Can you see the device through NI MAX and test it?

Also, if possible attach MAX Technical Report and the error message.

Additionally, it may something happened on source side.

To what the NI DAQ is connected?
