Ariel,
You may want to try a calibration procedure as outlined here:
http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/372511a.pdf
On Page 39, the following is suggested:
Note If the digitizer passed the entire verification procedure within the calibration test
limits and you do not want to perform an adjustment, you can update the calibration date
and onboard calibration temperature without making any adjustments by calling only
niScope Cal Start and niScope Cal End.
You may also find this useful:
The password required to open an external calibration session. If the
password has not been changed since manufacturing, the password is "NI".
Furthermore, if you wish to check if calibration is the issue, then see if the 'Expiration Date' on the following tab in MAX is in the past:
If you have any comments and questions, please feel free to reply.

Hello,
Does the device pass self-test, and does the device still not work after you have performed a reset:

Hello,
Resetting the device may help, and it shouldn't 'break' anything; do you have reluctance to reset device?

Hi Mark:
I have ran Self test, Test panels and Reset the device. The three steps passed sucessfully the test.
Then I run the vi showed in pic and does not work.
Could be a conflict with NOD32 antiviruses?
Thanks,
Ariel

Hi,
Something to try:
If this doesn't work, have you got another 5132 to try on the same computer with the same VI? This would mostly eliminate any software/driver issue.
Also- could you try the 5132 on another computer with labVIEW and daqMX installed? If it then works, it would suggest a problem with the computer you are using.
Let me know how it goes!

Hi,Mark:
The self calibrate on MAX pass sucessfully!
I have not another Ni5132.
I ´ve installed software on my laptop. The behavior is the same.
If I use a vi like "test3.vi", works OK, but when I use a vi such as niScope Read (poly).vi or niAutoSetup.vi or anyelse, it always shows an error (the same error). ...calibrate...
Is necessary to perform an IVI session?
Thanks

Hello,
I am guessing you have NI-Scope 3.5? Could you try downgrading this to NI-Scope 3.4?
Thanks!
