Measurement Studio 2.2 Test Panel Gray Out

I have a new PCI 1200 installed to a Dell Optiplex PC running XP. NI-DAQ 6.9.3 was installed.  The "Plug-in and Play" recognize the PCI-1200 and status the hardware is working properly.  When I ran the Measurement Studio 2.2, I see the PCI 1200 under the "Device and Interface" but the Test Panel is gray out.  Is my PCI 1200 working properly and why the Test Panel gray out?

One of the most common reasons for Traditional DAQ test panels being greyed out is because you are not currently logged in with administrator privileges. Could this be the case on your computer?
