Instrument I/O error

We are trying to use the Instrument I/O assistant in Labview and are receiving an error that it is not installed correctly. We have installed the 488.2 and VISA, and then uninstalled and reinstalled the Instrument I/O assistant. We are still receiving the error.

Also, what versions of NI-VISA, NI-488.2 and LabVIEW do you have installed? Do the VISA paletted show up in your LabVIEW environment?
