Hi the_intern,
I have not personally worked at the low level with ISA bus technology but I found
this on Wikipedia. It looks like there are 98 total lines. I saw one figure of 8.333MHz for the clock, however it sounds like the speed varied with technology. You may want to use a counter output to generate your clock, however you may not be able to get the exact timing you need. If you already have a signal at this rate, you may want to use it as an external clock for your digital task.
You will want to use hardware-timed DIO if you are planning to read/write understandable data as if you were creating ISA bus interface. If you just wish to analyze data being sent there are various methods of measuring the pulses, already discussed in your
other posts.
