I don't find NI-DAQmx Base configuration Utility

I just buy NI USB-6008 and I want to configure it to adquire analogic data. I don't find the NI-DAQmx Base configuration Utility!!. I need create new Task, but I don't find that option. Please, a little help, thank very much for it. Umm, Yes, I am a beginner in this.

Hi JVHKNELLER,

the question is which version of NI-DAQmx you have installed on your PC. Because if you have a version 7.5 or later, you don't need the Configuration utility of NI-DAQmx Base.

You can install any NI-DAQmx (NOT Base) version later then 7.5 and you can use your USB-6008 directly from MAX.
