How to read a 8-Bit Signal with USB-6009

Hello!

Is it possible to read a 8-bit input signal with the USB-6009 ? Are all the digital inputs read simultaneously at the same time or is there a time offset between each input?

Does anybody have an idea about the possible differences in time?
