I have a motion controller which sends RTSI-pulses while the motors move through breakpoints. What I want to do is that the Oscilloscope would start acquiring data right after a breakpoint and after that the scope would wait for another breakpoint. I have set the scope to trigger from a RTSI-pulse but what would be the suiteble structure for the scope.vi? The time between the breakpoint and data acquisition should be very short. Should I make some kind of while-loop in order to avoid making the scope initialization every time?
