Hi turbot,

There is a very comprehensive example VI included with NI-SCOPE niScope EX Digital Filtering.vi which can be found in LabVIEW by going to Help » Find Examples… This will open the NI Example Finder. From here you should browse by task to Hardware Input and Output » Modular Instruments » NI-SCOPE (High-Speed Digitizers) » Measurements » niScope EX Digital Filtering.vi.

For more information on how digital filtering is done with NI-SCOPE I recommend checking out the NI High-Speed Digitizers Help and navigating through the contents to Fundamentals » Waveform Measurements Fundamentals » Waveform Measurement Fundamentals » Digital Filtering. This section describes the types of digital filtering you can do with NI-SCOPE.
