How to check scxi-1129 is power on programmatically?

I want to check if scxi-1129 powered on programmatically.I used DAQmxSelfTestDevice() to check it.But I found that it's not worked,  when scxi-1129 is powered off the function also return DAQmxSuccess.So does it exist some DAQ function that can check if scxi-1129 is powered on ?
