It seems as if you have the driver. The driver that is compatible with your system is DAQmx. The DAQmx 8.8 readme states that this driver is compatible with the USB-6251. Are you unable to use the DAQmx API in your application development environment? Are you experiencing a particular issue?

Hi, thanks for the reply
Are you unable to use the DAQmx API in your application development environment?
Sorry, I don't know what that means.
I have solved the problem by installing LabVIEW 2009. Thanks
