eloped app under win95 and running perfectly. Transfered program to win2000 using DAQ-24 pcmcia card receive error when attempting the following command in delphi 5 formUnlock.CWDIO1.Ports.Item(0).SingleWrite(0) receive the error 'Invalid Index' any ideas?the program works fine under win98 aswell i have the latest drivers including ver2 patch. The card is not performing any heavy tasks, but was purchased for the purpose of being simpler in crossing platforms and look what happens!

You may want to check if the device number under the Properties for that control is set up to the same one that is set up in MAX. I have seen this error in Visual Basic and most of the time, all you need to do is select the appropriate device number.
