GPS Synchronization

I have looked over the GPS synchronization with the 6608 NI-TIO card.

I am wondering if there is any benchmark or anyone has done this such that you use the 2 counters on the M-series DAQ instead of the NI-TIO counter channels. to retrieve in the PPS signal that is from most of the standard GPS receiver with the RS-232.

Just looking for a time accuracy that is better than 1ms instead of nanoseconds.

Alright, I believe I have a solution that will probably work for you in most cases. Check the attached example and word document for more information. There are some issues with this solution that you may or may not be able to work around.
