Hello CrisR.
When the encoder goes up, the pressure goes down or goes up randomly.
Looking at ni.com I have found this application:

Using a unity gain buffer in the pressure channel, I managed  eliminate this effect (without the SC2040 and with encoder in RSE) at every sample rate. I think it happened due to a impedance problem in encoder. It is curious, because I must put the follower in the pressure channel.
