ELVIS II DIO sample rate

Solved!
Go to solution

Hello everyone,

hope you all doing good these days.

I asking this awesome community for one little info about:

sample frequency (in Labview mentioned as Fs specially in waveform generators , can be found as S/s [samples per second])

for DIO pins 0-23 (port0) on NI Elvis II board. I am using 16 pins as an output.

I know someone can reffer as "you can take a look into manual". But this information is not there. Theere is only info about maximum sampling rate for single analog output ( 2,8 MS/s) two outputs (2,0 MS/s) and output FIFO memory size (8191 samples).

Thats why I asking you here.

Stay safe & thank you!

Best regards

I believe the DIO on ELVIS is Static DIO and hence does not have a sample rate.

Static DIO is software timed and does not have a sampling rate, only Hardware timed DIO have a sampling rate.
