Digital start and stop trigger for data acquisition in NI USB 6343

HI

I have NI USB 6343 and using a LabVIEW VI, we can start the data acquistion byusing a digital start trigger and stop the acquisition using digital stop trigger but when digital stop trigger detected, the complete VI will be stopped from execution which is not desirable for our application. We want to continue the VI execution though the data acquisition stopped by digital stop trigger.
