Hi,
It sounds like you might be using the older Component Works commands in
Measurement Studio, which only uses Traditional DAQ. What could be
happening is that if you have a newer board like the M-Series boards, then it
would be recognized in MAX as a DAQmx device, but would not be recognized by
the older Component Works commands.
What you could do if you want to use your newer board is take a look at some of
the DAQmx examples that you can find at this location:
C:\Program Files\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Examples\DAQmx ANSI C
If this doesn't work for you, then give us a few more details about what
versions of software you are using and what DAQ devices you are using.
