I have installed NI-PCI 6236 DAQ card in my windows based system. I am supposed to take voltage output from the card. It seems that there is a problem as the output pins of the card is showing a voltage of 10 volts. I am using labview to control the voltage of the DAQ card, but the card seems to have no response whether I increase or decrease the voltage via my program or MAC. What is the problem with my card? is the card damaged? can I get a replacement of it, if it is within the warrenty period?
