DAQmx installation error

DAQmx installation error

Dear all,

             I have LabVIEW 2010 installed on my laptop.  I am trying to install NI-DAQmx 9.2.3. version but i get the follwoing error. Could anybody help me to overcome this? I have attached the image of the error that pops up.

Right click and run as administrator...that might help...
