DAQPad-6015 & 5B Module communication

I am trying to connect a 16 channel 5B backplane to a  DAQPad-6015 for USB.  I have NI-DAQmx version 7.4 installed.  The 6015 shows up in MAX but I can't get the 5B45 isolated frequency input card to send a signal to the 6015 so the data it will show up in LabView.  It is always showing a 5V signal, even if I turn my signal generator off.

I am wiring the 5B backplane to the 6015 per the connection instructions in MAX and the pin outs per the 5B backplane schematic.

Will the 6015 work with the 5B's?

I can't think of any reason why the 6015 would not work with the 5B backplanes.  I do have a couple of questions about your setup:

1) Which backplane are you using?
2) How are you connecting your DAQpad to the 5B backplane (using a SC 2050, which ports are the cables connected to, etc)?
3) Are any of your other 5B modules working?
4) Did you have the 5B system working with another DAQ board?
5) Can you succesfully test and measure signals directly connected to the DAQ board and through the 5B module?
