DAQMX Acquisition only during pulse train

Hello,

I am a new user with DAQMX and NI 6220 serie M.

I am trying to make a VI to numerise a analog Input signal during the status high of finite pulses (100 pulses)

How I do not know synchronize the acquisition with the generation pulse.

Help me please.

Why don't you just use the Output Pulse generation as the sample clock for your AI Voltage Task?  Look at the example

"Multi-Function-Ctr Pulse Train Generation for AI Sample Clock" that ships with DAQmx.  i think it will give you an idea of what you want to do.
