If you are using the Continuous Temperature Measurement.vi, you will need to ensure that you have channel 0 set as the CJC channel and also make sure that you have the correct thermocouple type selected. More than likely, the reason your are seeing such a large drift is related to how you have the switches inside the SCB-68 configured. Please see page 4-3 of the
SCB-68 User Manual for how to configure the switches correctly. If the switches are not set correctly, the CJC voltage will not be connected to channel 0 and the voltage measured on channel 0 will randomly float.
