Continuous digital data acquisition

I have a DAQPad-6016 Multifunction DAQ card and I want to do continuous sampling of the digital I/O lines (at 2000Hz for about 10000 samples).  I have been writting in MatLab but MatLab does not support this type of data acquisition on digital input.

Is it possible to do this sort of data acquisition on this card?  If so, how can I do this in C (I can glue C to the rest of my MatLab code)?  If it isn't do NI make a card on which this sort of acquisition is possible? If so, which? and how do I program it to do so?

Continuous Digital Data acq is not possible on this card.

Among multifunction DAQ cards, M series cards support Correlated Digital input output to do this. A few other cards also can do this sort of acquisition
