Computer crashes when I Start Real-Time Code in simulink

Hey guys, I have a confusing problem and I couldn't find anything like it in the forums.  I am using a 6259 DAQ in Simulink on a Vista computer.  The card works great some of the time, but frequently when I try to "Start real-time code"  I recieve the BSOD with an IRQL error.  I have installed the latest drivers(8.8) and Matlab (2008a), but the problem persists.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Elbearaday,

I had some questions for you.

1) What is the text of the error?

2) How often does this error occur, i.e. is it intermittant? Does it only appear when you call the "start real time code"? Does it appear EVERY time you call this?

3) I am unclear as to what you mean by "start real-time code". I understand "real-time" to be a deterministic operating system. However, I see in your post that you are using Vista, so I am a bit confused. If you could explain what exactly you are doing or calling, this will help me understand the issue.

Have a great weekend!
