Cannot read signals from PFI pins

I'm using a generator to generate a wave, 0-5 V square, 100 Hz, and i connected it to the pin 3 of PCI-6259, and tried to read the signal from matlab, so I added a PCI 6259 PFI DI block to the matlab in simulink, but it seems not working correctly, and I cannot get any signal. What should I do to acquire the signal from matlab?

Can you tell us more?

Software versions?  NI-DAQmx version? How you're setting up the acquisition?  Would you be willing to post some simple M code that shows the problem?
