Hello Forklifts,
When you specify the VI Logger Task you get to choose NI-DAQmx Task Name, this will open up the DAQ Assistant. If you are trying to do a Temperature reading with Thermocouple measurement, on the configuration tab, you will be allowed to select the CJC source. Select Channel as the CJC source. Then you can specify a Global Virtual Channel that you have created in Measurement and Automation Explorer by name. Type the name into the CJC Channel field.
