Can CB-68LP measure TTL current?

Can PCI-6250 also measure TTL current?

Or basically they both are the same because they have the same pinout?

The CB-68LP does not measure anything. It is a terminal block.

The PCI-6250 measures voltage. You can determine current by taking a voltage measurement across a known resistor. I don't know how to make it more direct than that and it's the same answer you've gotten several times already.

What do you mean by TTL current? TTL refers to a type of digital circuit. Current is current whether it is used by a TTL device or analog device.
