i want to measure the analog value from the AI1 pin of the connector board(SCB 68A), i am using pcie 8361 host card and pxi 6229 daq card with pxie 1073 chassis. I want to do a 15V test. Can someone share some source code or any other relevant information.

You can find examples for DAQmx Analog Input using the LabVIEW example finder.
