Thanks for using the forums. It sounds like you have made a good start on the troubleshooting. In terms of testing further, eliminating the Chassis may be a good idea - try different slots and use another method (scope etc) to check the values that are being passed into the device.
In terms of other next steps, it may be a good idea to contact your local NI Branch from www.ni.com which wil then be able to guide you through further troubleshooting steps and arrange repair etc.
