64bit Linux and NI DAQmx

Hi Im quite new to Linux

and have im trying to use NI DAQmx 8.0 on SUSE 10.2 64bit Linux but the install script throws an error message  require 32bit kernel on a 64bit kernel the does anybody know a way around this problem

Hi there,

Unfortunately there is no support for 64bit Linux and at this time there are no plans to provide support in the future.

NI Hasn't created a 64bit driver at this time and I'm sorry but I can't think of a way, not being familiar with Linux myself, of getting around this error.  The installer needs the 32bit kernel to work.
