Can not run the test panel from MAX (�The device did not pass the test�).

The 4350 requires NI-DAQ, I would suggest 6.9.2.
The 4350 also has a driver which is only needed when you start programming, therefore this is not a factor in getting your 4350 to be recognized my MAX.

I would suggest that you verify that only one version of NI-DAQ is installed on your computer. Go to the Driver Installation Wizard for trouble shooting tips.
